Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to BBQ enthusiasts everywhere! However, we currently cannot deliver to most Asian countries (due to customs restrictions) and certain remote locations. If you’re unsure about delivery to your area, please contact us before ordering.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch (recommended for faster delivery with tracking)
Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over £50, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch
How long does order processing take?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately. If there’s any damage:
  1. Note it on the delivery receipt before signing
