Important Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain BBQ accessories that come into direct contact with food, including BBQ Grills & Griddles, BBQ Racks & Pans, and BBQ Rotisseries unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Our Returns Policy
- Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation required
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Request a Return Authorization
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

Step 2: Package Your Return
Once approved, carefully package the item(s) in the original packaging with all included accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt inside the package.
Step 3: Ship Your Return

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Process
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns
Exchange Process
To exchange an item:
- Follow the return process above
- In your return request email, specify the replacement item you’d like
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your replacement item
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned unless defective:
- BBQ Grills & Griddles
- BBQ Racks & Pans
- BBQ Rotisseries
- BBQ Cleaning products that have been opened
- BBQ Smoking Accessories that have been used
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
