Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

Standard Shipping (via DHL or FedEx):

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Flat rate shipping fee: £12.95
  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Free Shipping (via EMS for orders over £50):

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Available for orders totaling £50 or more
  • Economical option for larger orders

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our BBQ products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Important Hygiene Notice

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • BBQ Grills & Griddles
  • BBQ Racks & Pans
  • BBQ Rotisseries
  • Opened BBQ Cleaning products
  • Used BBQ Smoking Accessories

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Original receipt or order confirmation required
  • Return authorization must be obtained before sending items back

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Subject: Return Authorization Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Email Body: Include:
    • Product name(s)
    • Order number
    • Reason for return (Wrong Item Received/Damaged Item/Not as Described/Change of Mind)
    • Your full name and contact number

Step 2: Package Your Return

  • Use the original packaging with all included accessories and documentation
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt inside the package

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns

Exchange Process

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • In your return request email, specify the replacement item you’d like
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your replacement item
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
